Next Saturday,July 7, Weed Out! Racine people, and perhaps you, will be pulling and cutting burdock and thistles. Come help us try out a new combination dig-and-cut tool for burdock.
Park in the Root River Steelhead facility on Dominik Drive. We’ll be right over the bridge to Colonial Park. As ever, dress for the weather, bring your drinking water (and gloves if you’re ready to pull thistles). We have tools and mosquito repellent.
Look who comes by when things are quiet in Colonial Park! She will watch from a distance next Saturday, 7/12, while we are there.
