Colonial Park is a Racine City park, which was not "developed" because it is a flood plain. Lower Colonial has two entrances:  

GPS navigate to 2900 West High St. to a parking lot.  Lower Colonial is along the paved path and over a bridge.

OR

GPS navigate to the Root River Steelhead facility at 2033 Domanik Drive.  Park in that lot and walk over the bridge to lower Colonial Park.
